Since the mid 1980's Smoky has been affiliated with the same CENTURY 21 office - in Collegeville and now, Royersford, PA. He has consistently been a Top Producing agent, having qualified for the select CENTURY 21 "Masters Club" since well before the turn of the century. He is not just "in" real estate; he "is" real estate!

While recognizing that selling or purchasing real estate is serious business, Smoky's attention to detail - and his sense of humor - allow his clients to enjoy the experience of buying and/or selling. Really!

Often, what makes or breaks the sale is the professionalism of the agents involved. Smoky is an effective communicator and negotiator. When not selling property, Smoky enjoys time with his wife and 2 grown sons, playing bass in The Left Edge classic rock show band (www.theleftedge.com), leading the Christian band "Messenger", or tinkering with his original 1975 Bricklin or restored 1963 Lincoln Convertible.

Smoky practices both commercial and residential real estate in western Montgomery County, northern Chester County, and eastern Berks County, Pennsylvania.
